Moschino Names Jeremy Scott Creative Director

Jeremy Scott the avant-garde , over the top and overall eccentric American fashion designer has just been appointed Creative Director of Moschino. Jeremy is taking the place of Rossella Jardini who had been at the head of the brand since 1994. Since the pasing of the founder Franco Moschino, died in 1994. His first collection–for Fall 2014–will debut at Milan Fashion Week in February. ” The appointment is something of a homecoming for Scott, who interned in Moschino’s New York press office during his senior year at Pratt. “It’s kind of a fairy-tale story,” he tells “I was the intern, and now I’m running the company.” Are you excited to see what our fun loving Jermey will do come february? I am too, sitting on the edge of my seat.
