Audi has debuted an e-bike, complete with a smartphone-controlled immobilizer “bike lock” and a Segway-inspired “wheelie mode”. The Audi e-bike Wörthersee concept debuted on May 11 in Germany. The concept blurs the line between a “pedelec” – a bike that supplements the rider’s own pedal power with an electrically-assisted “tail wind” – and a true e-bike, where the bike supplies all the power via an integrated electric motor.

Working in tandem with sculpture manufacturers Garageworks Industries and vinyl toy production house Made by Monsters, Brown and English’s new venture is an offshoot of the singer’s MechanicalDummy.com blog/lifestyle site that also houses his own street art and that of other budding artists. Among Dum English’s inaugural offerings: A toy necklace chain ($75) and a 10”vinyl figure ($140), both from Made by Monsters, and a four-foot life-size fiberglass sculpture ($20,000) by Garageworks Industries.

Tea and tea drinking play an important role in the daily life of Taiwanese people; it is also a valuable tradition that is passed on from generation to generation. To pay respect to this unique local culture, 3 pieces of tea trunks in Epi rainbow colors (red, green, and orange) are specially created and designed by Patrick – Louis Vuitton in Asnieres, Paris. The tea trunks contain a customized Chinese tea set designed by Hsiao Fan Pottery Art. During the opening of the Louis Vuitton Taipei 101 Maison, an antique tea trunk from the museum archives in Asnieres is also on display showing timeless creativity.
